Deepa Jagan has a Masters in Botany with a specialization in Microbiology. Her keen interest in human behavior took her on a path of exploring and understanding the Complex Human Mind. Her domains of interest are in Life Skills, children, family & Parenting. She is formally trained to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Gallup certified coach. She also has experience in conducting workshops for parents, and Corporates like Godrej, Virtusa. Currently she works as a Life Coach in ‘Attraversiamo’. Her experience with Ayurveda has strengthened the belief that it’s a complete science and small interventions can lead to large benefits for us. In Vaishnavi Trust she takes care to see if the Vision and Mission statements are implemented and the group grows organically. She ensures the smooth functioning of all the projects and is the one point contact for details and procedures involved.

Ravi holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from the University of Western Sydney, Australia and has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of Hospitality,Training and Social work. Previously, he has worked for Meera Social Service centre, where he was training underprivileged students on Vocational Skills and also worked for Indus Hospitality careers pvt Ltd, training candidates for luxury Cruiseliners. His interest lies in Vocational skills training for the underprivileged children. An appreciation article is published in City & Guilds London Magazine for motivating and training students while working with Meera Social Service centre. Currently, he is a freelance Hospitality Consultant and Social worker. For Vaishnavi Trust, Ravi manages logistics and administration. He is also the project coordinator for English Skills Training.
